To select high starch, high quality, high resistance and high-yield new varieties of potatoes, which from female parent H-2027introduced from America and male parents L6and bred from China, by Control of pollination and crossing, H-2027×L6and H-2027×L7hybrids F1generation have been produced successfully. This study analyzes superior single plant of F2clone Population which selected from the two F1population of hybrid combinations by using ssr molecular markers, and growth characteristics,yield, quality, cytogenetic traits were determined and analyzed of authentic hybrids. The main results are as follows:l.This study has selected3SSR suitable primer pairs:S7、S170and S174.The ssr molecular markers have identified25single plants of F1authentic hybrids of H-2027X L6and14single plants of F1authentic hybrids of H-2027X L62.The growth duration of single plant of the two generation of F1clones which were bred from H-2027×L6hybrids F1generation were111-120d, plant height varied from76.42cm to131.47cm, stem diameter varied from1.11to2.35cm, branch number varied from2to13, main stalk number varied from1to2. The growth duration of single plant of the two generation of F1clones which were bred from H-2027X L7hybrids F1generation were115~123d, plant height varied from85.74cm to107.21cm, stem diameter varied from1.20to2.28cm, branch number varied from4to16, main stalk number varied from1to2.3.The tuber shape of single plant of the two generation of F1clones which were bred from H-2027xL6hybrids F1generation were mostly round, small parts were oblate or ovale.The tuber surface of hybrids F1generation of two combinations were ineolate or smooth, potato skin color was yellow, potato tuber color was faint yellow, shallow tuber eyes, without secondary growth,without crack of potato tuber. Shape of tuber was Symmetrical and centralized.4.Tuber yields of25superior single plants of H-2027×L6hybridsgeneration varied from0.60to2.70kg, tuber number varied from4-26, marketable tuber rate varied from66.7%~100%,among them marketable tuber rate of superior single plant7,24,28,30could reach100%; tuber yields of14superior single plants of H-2027×L7hybrids F1generation varied from0.25-1.90kg, tuber number varied from3-20, marketable tuber rate varied from58.7%-100%,among them marketable tuber rate of superior single plant14could reach100%.5.Dry substance content of superior single plant of H-2027X L6hybrids F1generation varied from19.86%to28.57%,starch content varied from14.73%-22.11%,reducing sugar content varied from0.01%to0.31%,Vc content varied from10.80to19.37mg/100g, crude protein content varied from1.17%to2.98%.
