The satellite attitude control system is an important part of satellite, it is used to control the attitude of satellite. The electric simulator of attitude control system is used to replace real parts of satellite to complete the the closed-loop simulation test. Traditional device simulator is unable to meet the strict requirements of the satellite simulator, owing to its processor performance and system architecture. Aiming at the above problems, this thesis designs a simulator with great universalization and high precision besides good real-time performance, which provides technical support and validation for the attitude control system.Firstly, this thesis proposes the design requirements. Then analyses the requirements from four aspects of interface, mathematical model calculating, software generalization and the means of calculating. On this basis, this thesis proposes the overall program to design and validate the simulator on ZYNQ. It realizes the mathematical model calculating on PS, and realizes the interface function on PL. This scheme can achieve better generality and real time performance of the simulator. Seven control modules are designed on PL, which are used to communicate with external devices. Besides, 13 software program function modules are designed on PS to realize the software generalization Beyond all that, this paper also analyses the realization method of mathematical model calculating, adopting the fourth order Runge-Kutta method to complete the mathematical model calculating.At last, Three kinds of simulator are adopted to verify the function of the simulator. They are flywheel simulator, solar simulator and control moment gyro simulator. Validation results show that this simulator can realize the function of data transmission and model calculating. Besides, it can also meet performance requirements, with the closed loop simulation time being less than 10 ms and the accuracy of the model being 32 bits. So this simulator provides good function and high performance.
