Attitude simulator plays an important role in inertial navigation test and loop simu-lation.It is used to simulate the aircraft angular attitude, velocity and acceleration to test inertial equiments and guidance system performance. Only attitude simulator with higher performance can meet the development of new generation of aircraft.In addition,the attitude simulator with high performance can reduce the cost of design and manufacturing and develop-ment cycle time.Under the background of development of a high performance attitude simulato-r,this paper completed the design of mechanical structure and control system of attitude simulator.Specific contents are as follows.Firstly,In this paper, according to the basic structural specification,the design of mechanical paltform structure was conducted,which fully took the requirement of shafting precision into account.Besides,by indroducing mechatronic design,the mechnical and electrical interface was designed.Secondly,control system structure formation of the attitude simulator was designed and hardware of the main control system was detailed designed,which improved the key function of the attitude simulator and ensureed safe and effectively application.Moreover,with the perspective of engineering application,the model of control system was establish and a in-depth analysis of the high accuracy servo system control loop was conducted.Based on this,with the guide of quantitative feedback theory,forward channel controller was designed and meanwhile,the design of forward feedback controller and digital filter were also finished.Finally,experiment were conducted to verify that the attitude simulator can be controled effectively by the controller and the technical requirements of both static and dynamic specification can be satisfied.
