| In the range test field, vertical target is a critical parameter and an important indicator which is used to be measured, it directly determines the shoot straight in effective firing range, and it’s of great significance for the research on the emission performance and damage property of weapons. There are many shortcomings in the target accuracy measurement system which has been designed, in order to quickly and accurately detect the coordinate when the target passes the detection screen; it needs to develop a set of target accuracy measurement system with the characteristic of simple structure, low cost, easy to implement, anti-interference ability and reliable detection.This paper is based on photo detector theory; the key technologies which are signal reception signal acquisition, data processing and results display have been researched. The working principle of the signal laser screen vertical target system has been introduced; the mathematical model of the signal laser screen has been set up, the coordinate’s algorithm has been calculated, and the measurement error has been analyzed. The structural design of the testing platform has been amply described; the key factors which affect the detection performance have been analyzed from the view of the physical point, the calibration method of the diffusion means and receiving means has been researched. By encoding processing of the photo detector, the photoelectric converting circuit has been designed, the digital algorithm and the multi-channel signal acquisition algorithm have been designed which based on VHDL, the communication program between SCM and CPLD has been written, the schematic of the signal reception and collection module has been drawn, it can realize signal’s conversion, acquisition, storage and sending. The serial communication procedures, data processing programs and coordinate calculation algorithm program have been programmed by Microsoft visual studio, the final calculation result is displayed by PC. By conducting a feasibility test, the results show that the detection performance of the system is stable and reliable, high accuracy, the main technical indicators of the system has been achieved the desired design requirements. |
