The volleyed weapons can not be tested effectively by the conventional sky-screen test system. This thesis presents a multi-screens structure program on the basis of the sky-screen test methods. It solves the measurement problem of the projectiles velocity and positions of twin-tube volleyed weapons.Firstly, according to the working mechanism of sky-screen system, the four-sky-screen and the six-sky-screen target system is deeply analyzed and studied. Then, it demonstrates that the si-sky-screen can not resolve the measurement of twin-tube volleyed weapons until the multi-objective identification system of the sky-screen target is introduced. Simulation tests of the mathematical model are carried out through introducing a matrix equation with Matlab software. The measurement of the target coordinates and the velocity vector is accomplished with a single object and a double object to get the inclination, pitching and azimuth angle.Based on the sky-screen and photovoltaic technology, the scheme design of the test system is completed while the principle is proved in detail. And then the arrangement design of the multi-screen and the structural design is finished in the thesis, which mainly includes relative position parameters, the key point design of the box and the scale blister structure. By the simulation test of single and double objects of the time random error, the coordinate data and the result of the Root-Mean-Square error manifest that it can finish verification of the theoretical principle.The test results show that the scheme and principle of the multi-screens target system is feasible and effective as fertilizer. The positions coordinate error is less than 15mm in the target, which could be a scientific method of dealing with a range test of twin-tube volleyed weapon. And it provides the necessary testing and verification tools research the development of new weapons.
