This paper focus on foil type infrared/millimeter wave decoy agent technology, conducting the research about infrared bait agent design and performance optimization, chopped carbon fiber dispersion process and combine with infrared decoy agent. Using SC7000 infrared thermal imager, OPAG Fourier telemetry infrared Spectrometer to test infrared decoy radiated performance, use NDJ-1 viscometer to study fiber dispersion conditions. And use 3mm radar to test Carbon fiber composite decoy residue after burning.Based on the principle of infrared radiation, this paper design a kind of decoy agent, and study the different performance of ratio in MTV infrared decoy agent. Chosing foil material by testing RCS.Studying the different between foil type decoy agent and column type decoy agent. As the result, foil type decoy agent has higher radiation ability with shorter time.In order to extend the infrared decoy agent burning time, adding sodium bicarbonate, methenaminein or carbon-rich binder in the MTV infrared decoy and these ways can effectively extend the MTV-type decoy burning time, reduce combustion temperatures, Because of lower temperature and in mid-infrared band selective radiation products generated can effectively change the infrared radiation spectrum.In view of the chopped carbon fiber dispersion, studying the dispersion process and parameters affect on millimeter wave performance, by adopting the method of mathematical statistics inspection disperse uniformity.As the result, using fluorine rubber-acetone can well disperse chopped carbon fiber, whenUsing fluorine rubber-acetone can well disperse chopped carbon fiber, when the concentration of fluorine rubber was 125g/L, viscosity is f 110.0 mPa-s, at this time 142.5mg chopped carbon fiber can be well dispersed.Combining well dispersed carbon fiber with foil type infrared decoy agent, testing the impace of adhesive on the infrared performance. And studying Infrared radiation performance and millimeter wave RCS of compound bait agent.
