Study On The Development Index Of Housing Industrialization

As the core sectors of the national economy, construction industry has great importance to the economy. In February 6, 2016, the State Council published the "CPC Central Committee and State Council’s some opinions on further strengthening urban planning and construction management" it clearly states that construction industry should develop new construction methods and promote assembly buildings. The new industrial construction methods is the developing trend of the construction industry.Commercial residential buildings are mainstream products of construction market, and its industrialization development level represents the future of building industrialization.Analyzing the development status of domestic and foreign building industrialization and existing evaluation system of it,we can provide information and accordance for government to learn the developing trend of local housing industry and make policies,we can help the public understand the statistics of housing industrialization,we can guide construction companies advance building industrialization and expand the market.To realize these goals,this study applies statistics index theory to level evaluation and development management.and makes deep research in the construction of scientific commodity housing industry index system.This study analyses deeply related theories about commodity housing industry and clear their connotations and characteristics.Besides, this paper combines with achievements of existing related evaluation system and building index and concludes a index system contains engineering and construction of commercial housing industrialization and Industrial market. On this basis,this study researches and constructs corresponding commodity housing industry index system,and calculates weights of each level by Analytic Hierarchy Process.Besides,this paper empirical analysis specific process and method of Industrialization level index establishment,analyses,implement and publish and makes verification with the example of B1-1#、B1-2# of hongyuan,xuzhou.At last,this study researches data acquisition,evaluation calculation method and post implementation plan with the combination of housing industry developing status of xuzhou.
