With the rapid economic development, economic development tend to be more global, complex and diversified, science and technology received more and more attention. Technological innovation is no longer the traditional single linear mode, gradually transformed into collaborative innovation mode that multiple subjects participated in. As the cross-organizational collaboration mode to connect scientific innovation and technology commercialization, cooperative innovation has become a new organizational model for innovative countries and regions to improve independent innovation capability, and gradually developed to international, inter-regional and inter-network directions.In recent years, relevant state policies enhance collaborative innovation to the national strategic level, which has laid a solid foundation for universities, research institutes and enterprises to participate in collaborative innovation. However, in order to improve industry-university-research cooperative innovation system, test its efficacy, we also need to make an in-depth inquiry.Firstly, based on factor analysis method, this paper build a cooperative innovation performance evaluation system. The system includes three components: university-research innovation ability, enterprise innovation ability and cooperative innovation synergy degree. And evaluate cooperative innovation performance of our country. The results show that industry-university-research cooperative innovation performance of our country is not satisfactory. Cooperative innovation performance of provinces and cities in our country have notable regional features.Secondly, this paper summarize the existing literature and research. Based on grounded theory, this paper sum up the influencing factors of cooperative innovation performance. And based on the system dynamics modeling, this paper do an analysis of interactive mechanism of industry-university-research cooperative innovation performance influencing factors, and come to the conclusion that science and technology intermediary, cooperative collaboration services platform, information communication network, policies and regulations support and integration of cultural values have most significant effect on cooperative innovation performance. Market demand levels and transformation of scientific have great effect on cooperative innovation performance. Protection of intellectual property rights have no significant effect on university-research innovation ability, enterprise innovation ability and cooperative innovation synergy degree. It to a certain extent affect cooperative innovation performance.Finally, based on the results, this paper sum up the policy suggestions to improve industry-university-research cooperative innovation performance from two aspects: industry-university-research innovation ability and cooperative innovation synergy degree.
