| With the development of the global economy,the continuous growth of the total population and the enhancement of people’s health awareness,the global drug market demand presents a sustained growth trend,and countries all over the world regard the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry as one of the emerging strategic industries for the future development.Compared with other developed countries,the early development of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is mainly based on generic drugs.With the gradual improvement of foreign intellectual property protection system,more and more domestic pharmaceutical enterprises gradually realize the importance and urgency of R&D and innovation activities for the sustainable development of enterprises.However,pharmaceutical enterprises usually face high uncertainty in financing R&D and innovation activities,and their capital investment and time cost are very high,which makes many pharmaceutical enterprises reluctant to carry out a large number of independent R&D and innovation activities,and also causes the weak innovation ability of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.With the continuous change of external environment and economic situation,a new innovation mode is gradually adopted.More and more pharmaceutical enterprises integrate external resources for cooperative R&D and innovation outsourcing,and actively seek the communication and cooperation between enterprises,enterprises and universities,scientific research institutions,etc.,in order to improve R&D Efficiency,allocate resources reasonably,and then bring good economic benefits,further enhance the core competitiveness and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.Based on the relevant theories and literature,this paper takes the relevant data of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry as the research sample,and divides it into five categories:overall pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,pharmaceutical manufacturing industry of different scales,pharmaceutical manufacturing industry of different registration types,pharmaceutical manufacturing industry of different regions and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry of different sub industries.This paper selects the factors that may affect the cooperative innovation expenditure of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry from three aspects of innovation subject output and external innovation environment system,and uses econometric software to conduct factor analysis on relevant variables to determine the relationship between the factors and the cooperative innovation expenditure of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.Finally,the following conclusions are obtained.For China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry as a whole:R&D capital internal investment,scientific and technological personnel investment,secondary innovation,technology introduction,new product development investment,enterprise scale,absorptive capacity,new product profitability,new product export trade,profitability,patent application,effective invention patent Government funding and industrial concentration are positive incentives to the overall pharmaceutical manufacturing industry innovation cooperation spending;However,there is a negative correlation between the openness of enterprises and the cooperative innovation expenditure of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry as a whole.For China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry of different scales,the investment system of innovation subject has a positive impact on the cooperative innovation expenditure of large pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,but a negative impact on the medium-sized pharmaceutical manufacturing industry;The output system of innovation subject has a positive effect on the cooperative innovation expenditure of large and medium-sized pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,and the promotion effect on medium-sized pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is greater than that on large-sized pharmaceutical manufacturing industry;The external innovation environment system has a positive impact on the cooperative innovation expenditure of large and medium-sized pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,and the promotion effect on large pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is greater than that on medium-sized pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.For different registered types of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in China,most factors in the input system of innovation subject,output system of innovation subject and external innovation environment system have a positive impact on the cooperative innovation expenditure of different registered types of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,and the promotion effect on foreign-funded pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises is greater than that of state-owned and state-owned holding pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises.For the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in different regions of China,except for the degree of enterprise openness,the investment system of innovation subject has a positive impact on the cooperative innovation expenditure of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in different regions of China,which is reflected in the Western>Central>Eastern;The output of innovation subject and external innovation environment system have a positive impact on the cooperative innovation expenditure of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in different regions of China,which is reflected in the following order:Western>Central>Eastern.For different sub industries of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,except for the openness of enterprises,the investment system of innovation subject has a positive impact on the cooperative innovation expenditure of different sub industries of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,which is reflected in the following aspects:biological and biochemical products manufacturing industry>chemical drug manufacturing industry>Chinese patent medicine manufacturing industry;The results show that the output of innovation subject and external innovation environment system have positive effects on the cooperative innovation expenditure of different sub industries of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in China,and the promotion effect is embodied in the following aspects:biological and biochemical products manufacturing industry>chemical drug manufacturing industry>Chinese patent medicine manufacturing industry.Finally,based on the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures from the aspects of innovation subject input,innovation subject output and external innovation environment for the whole pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,different sub industries of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,pharmaceutical manufacturing industry of different scales,pharmaceutical manufacturing industry of different regions and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry of different registration types,in order to provide a reference for improving the level of cooperative innovation expenditure and innovation ability of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in China. |
