Analysis Of The Impact Of Different Types Of Affordable Housing On The Urbanization

Reform and opening up is the power of the economic development of our country, since then, great changes have taken place in all aspects of our society,such as the rapid growth of economy, rapidly rising income level.In the process of this development,urban economy has become an important support of national economy. Urban area expansion and urban population sharp growth prove that the urbanization development level is in constantly progress.Urbanization is the research emphasis of this article.Based on the affordable housing as the breakthrough point, this article study the impact of different types of affordable housing on the urbanization. First, this article has conducted the thorough research about the domestic and foreign research achievements of affordable housing and urbanization and made evaluation; Second, according to the theory connotation and characteristics of urbanization,this article makes quantitative analysis of the comprehensive level of urbanization by using the comprehensive evaluation index system; Third, by studying the current affordable housing system in our country and analyzing the characteristic of each type of the concept of affordable housing, this article makes the theoretical analysis of the influence on urbanization; Finally, though the use of panel data of provinces to construct the regression model, this article analyzes the influence of affordable housing on urbanization level.In the aspect of the whole national, affordable housing, public rental housing, and low-cost houses will produce inhibition for urbanization level, on the contrary the low-rent housing and can promote it. Different basic situation in each region leads to the difference of effect of affordable housing;And, according to the empirical results, the paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
