Study On Land Resource Configuration In The Process Of Urbanization-A Case Study In Qianjiang City

Land is the foundation of human survival and development and the necessary factors of economic and social development.Even though the amount of our country land is large, but per capital is small.Beside,the phenomenon of improper land use is serious.For example,improper land use,uneven distribution of land quantity between industries, different value among the urban land resources. Along with the rapid advance of industrialization and urbanization, the need for land resources is growing, which cause the sharp contradiction between human and land.In addition,the scarcity,non-regeneration and regionality of land make the contradiction more complicated.As the carrier of production and living activities, establish a scientific system of land resources allocation has great significance for transforming the mode of economic growth in our country, promoting the adjustment of industrial structure,and carrying out the sustainable development.According to the "discover the problem-analysis of the problem-solve the problem", the study is guided.First of all,the study about domestic and international research is made a detailed presentation.On the base of analyzing the concepts of land resources,we study the theory,including value of land resources,resource scarcity theory, system theory and principle of sustainable development,and the principle for land allocation of resources, which are very useful in the follow study.Second, with the support of theory of land resources,we made a full detailed analysis of the status of land resources,regional urbanization level about Qianjiang,and found the problems occurred in the land resource configuration;Finally, based on analyzing the local actual situation,put forward the main way to strengthen land management and standardize the perspective of land use.Scientific and reasonable configuration of land resources will promote the reasonable use of regional land resources, regional industrial structure adjustment and the healthy development of the new urbanization.In the further, through perfecting the urban functions and improving the economic strength,Qianjiang will become economic development engine among Wuhan city circle.
