Research On Spatial-Temporal Variance Of Intensive Urban Land Use In QianJiang City

At present,urbanism is expanding acceleratively in our country,so urban land use expands fast,but the degree of intensive use is not high enough,which results in the acute contradiction between men and land.Carrying out scientific developing idea and constructing saving society,It is the urgent problem of how to use the limited resources of urban land intensively.The article makes analysis about the land intensive use research domestic and overseas,includes theory base,and fix the intension and extention,and analysis drivers' factors of urban land intensive use in QianJiang.Then the article takes 22towns of QianJiang as research region,with integral estimating and AHP,calculates the level of 22 towns' land intensive use on the basis of actual situation.This article analysis spatial distribution and pattern of form land intensive use level in QianJiang according to 3—D model shows of town land intensive use level in QianJiang with ARCGIS 9.2 software.At last,analysis propose measures and advices.On the basis of the analysis of this article,(1)the composite index of urban land intensive use in the cities of QianJiang has the obvious temporal varianse,that of the four towns as YuanLin and GuangHua enhanced distinctly,that of 12 towns as XiongKou farm and HouHu enhanced not so obviously,moreover that of 3 towns as GaoChang,YuYang,ZhangJin dropped,but without obvious trend,and that of 3 towns as YunLiangHu,JiYuKou and XiDaYuan dropped distinctly.(2)The grade of urban land intensive use in the cities of QianJiang distributes like ladder,the degree of intensive use decreases gradually from economy developed and population concentrated administration and commerce center(YuanLin,ZhouJi and GuangHua) to hypo-developed region,the highest degree lies on the center city as YuanLin,GuangHua and ZhouJi,which has the gravity center of land use,and the lowest is periphery XiDaYuan.(3)The changing of intensive use level in cities of QianJiang lies in the center of YuanLin,as LaoXin,YuYang and XiDaYuan,the most changing locates middle east and southeast,on the contrast,the changing is mild.(4) On the base of integral analysis,the region of the high and low intensive land use has assemble trend,and has the interlaced area,so assemble degree is not strong.(5)Population and economy are the most important factor affecting city land intensive use,which has the obvious positive relativity,and the factors such as region, nature,technology,policy and programming also affects the city land intensive use considerably.
