Study On The New Urbanization Of Wuhan Huangpi District Based On The Development Of Rural Tourism

Since the reform and opening up, China’s urbanization has made great achievements, however, it is also facing the problems of unreasonable urban structure, urban and rural imbalance, low population urbanization. These problems seriously restrict the advance of new urbanization. Based on these problems, the central government put forward the structural reform of the supply side, which uses the means of reform to promote the economic and social structure adjustment, and optimize the allocation, and improve the effective supply and total factor productivity. This provides opportunities for the development of tourism, and conform to the objective requirements of the development of new urbanization. As a comprehensive industry with strong relevance, tourism brings industrial agglomeration, population aggregation and labor agglomeration, and this can promote the new urbanization of our country effectively.This paper selects the typical area of Huangpi District, Wuhan, to explore the development of rural tourism for the role of promoting the construction of new urbanization, in order to provide a new path and experience to promote new urbanization.First of all, based on the theory of industrial agglomeration and the theory of sustainable development, this paper analyzes the relationship between the inherent requirements of the new urbanization and rural tourism development, and constructs the mechanism of rural tourism to the new urbanization. Tourism development brings population agglomeration and consumption agglomeration, thus attracting industry agglomeration and service agglomeration. It can solve the problem of farmers’ urbanization effectively, and improve rural infrastructure and public services, and promote the development of rural economy, social progress and optimization of living environment.Secondly, combined with the development of rural tourism and the process of urbanization in Huangpi district, this paper selects the level of tourism development and urbanization rate as indexes, and uses correlation analysis and Grainger causality test to explore the correlation between them. Then this paper analyzes the role of rural tourism in the new urbanization in Huangpi District from four dimensions:rural tourism and urban economic development, rural tourism and urban social development, rural tourism and infrastructure construction, rural tourism and human living environment.Thirdly, based on the discussion of the effect of rural tourism on the new urbanization in Huangpi, combing with the development trend of rural tourism in Huangpi district, this paper divides the development model of rural tourism in Huangpi into rural agricultural tourism mode, rural tourism new rural community mode and red tourism model, according to the development pattern. And selecting some typical scenic spots, then this paper explores the development path of different tourism development model and its effect.Finally, summarize Huangpi district rural tourism development and the practice of new urbanization, to provide some reference for the construction of new urbanization in China:mutual development of industry and city, promoting the development of industrial agglomeration; farmer main body, achieving urban-rural integration; ecological intensive, achieving comfortable residence and tourism.
