| Under the new economic era, informationization technology, globalization and energy conservation require the development of cities and enterprises to cope with or even leading the changing times on account of that constant creativity is promoted by the new era. The researches on the fields of Innovative City and Innovative Enterprise at home and abroad are relatively emerging, so the correlation study is in shortage. Therefore, there is no perfect research system in theory and in practice the research is also at the exploratory stage. Innovative City and Innovative Enterprises development is an interactive and dynamic matching process. The main part of urban development is the enterprise, and urban environment also has an effect on the enterprise. The innovative correlation mechanism between city and enterprise needs to tap the intrinsic factors, whose theoretical and empirical study need to focus on the conundrum of quantification.Innovative City adapts to the Innovative Enterprises with its appropriate innovative services and unique innovative industry support system, just like that Innovative Enterprises adapt to the environment of the Innovative City with its "self-innovative" capacity of enterprises creation, innovation and branding. Considering the relationship among latent factors of Innovative City and Innovative Enterprises development, this paper presents seven associated assumptions according to the corresponding theories and practices. Using structural model and path diagram, from the empirical analysis of the Shenzhen samples on the assumptions and the model, this article summarizes:the development of Innovative Enterprises relies on the "self-innovative", and has more impact on the innovative path of urban development; At the same time, innovative urban systems have different functional support and effects on the development path of differential growth stage of Innovative Enterprises.At last, it puts forward corresponding policy. |
