So, China’s agricultural modernization how to effectively promote the development of the new urbanization?Which aspect should we choose to promote agricultural modernization, so as to better promote the new urbanization? Research on these questions must have important value. Shaanxi is one of the largest agricultural production province in China. Study effects of the agricultural modernization to promote new urbanization,taking Shaanxi Province as an example, and improvement Suggestions are given accordingly, undoubtedly have important practical significance both for the province and the national agricultural modernization and new urbanization coordinated development.Besides the introduction, the main content is divided into the following four parts: the first part (chapter 2) is to promote agricultural modernization theory analysis of new type of urbanization. Firstly describe the present situation of the new urbanization and agricultural modernization of the shaanxi province in 2000-2013.And then build the index system,build the model, empirically analysis the effect size of promoting agricultural modernization of new urbanization of Shaanxi Province.The basic conclusion is:10 indicators to measure level of modernization in agriculture in Shaanxi Province have a proactive and positive effect to the new urbanization.Each rural labor burden household size,unit of cultivated land area of total power of agricultural machinery,unit of arable effective amount of chemical fertilizer,labor productivity is the most significant in the influence of the level of the new urbanization;Agriculture practitioners per capita arable land,land productivity,the significance of forest cover Impact followed, engel coefficient of rural residents,the rate of agricultural disaster,effective irrigation rate, is the least significant in the influence of the level of the new urbanization.The third part (chapter 5) is the countermeasures and suggestions. According to the empirical conclusions, this part gives the specific countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the level of agricultural modernization and promote the new urbanization of Shaanxi Province. Firstly, continue to promote the transfer of rural population employment, reduce each rural labor burden household size; Secondly, increase the investment of agricultural machinery, and improve unit of cultivated land area of total power of agricultural machinery;Thirdly,use fertilizer reasonably, improve unit farmland effectively find;Fourthly, promote the "four modernizations" to transform traditional agriculture, improve agricultural labor productivity. At the same time pay attention to optimize the integration of rural land resources,increase agricultural workers per capita arable land;Strengthen the investment of factors of production per unit area of land,improve land productivity;Return farmland to forest and grass ensure forest cover red line,increase the forest coverage rate;Increase investment in "Agriculture, rural areas and farmers" to raise farmers’ quality of life,reduce rural residents engel’s coefficient;Improve the affected system,reduce the rate of agricultural disaster; To strengthen the construction of water conservancy facilities,improve the effective evaluation.The fourth most (chapter 6) is the full text summary and prospects of researching.
