Food is one of the most essential part for human life, however, food safety problems trouble us constantly. Numerous food problems are exposed to people in recent years. Milk powder, steamed bread, bean sprout and chili oil, which are common be seen, are become deadly sword due to mix deleterious additives. Food supervision is becoming a whole new difficult problem, which our country must confront. Supervising subjects play important role in process of supervision. Governments have been trying their hard to improve food safety subjects since the establishment of new China. Huge success has been achieved, whilst there are still many problems. This paper will compare Chinese food safety supervision with that of developed countries to find out the way that can improve each aspect of Chinese food supervision.There are four main parts of this paper, including introduction, the comparison between our nation and developed countries of food safety supervision situation, the analysis of our food safety subject, the countermeasure of improving our food safety subject.The -esearch background, importance, research status of both Chinese and developed countries and induction of relative concepts are all included in the first part. The next part generalizes relative concepts of subjects and compares the Chinese food safety subject with that of developed countries to analyze the feature of latter and try to use that for reference. In the third part, the structure problems, accountability mechanisms and duty division of food safety subjects, which are less perfect compare with developed countries, will be pointed out and reasons will be found out through some samples. The final part give count measures for improving supervising subjects, including raise the awareness of food safety supervision, complete diversified food supervising subjects, improve allocation of food safety subject and enhance the capability of food safety supervision to improve our subject of food safety supervision.
