| In the vigorous development of the construction industry at the same time,resources,also produced a series of environmental problems,as the best practice of sustainable development strategy in the construction industry,the comprehensive development of the green building can promote the virtuous cycle of national economy and environmental protection,to realize the transition of social economic structure,has great significance,it is a necessary trend for national development.The conflict of interests between the economic externality of green building and the main participants,the current green building in our country is still in the initial stage of development,therefore,it is necessary to study and promote the development of green building strategies by exploring the main participant behavior.Based on the theory of sustainable development,evolutionary game theory and replicated dynamic theory,this paper will use the method of induction,comparison,evolution,simulation and simulation to study the core problem of "green building development" The main elements of green building,to find out the main factors that affect the behavior of these participants,the development of China’s green building status,the impact of green building development mechanism to sort out the impact of green building development of the main participants in the main focus of the game,The game subject strategy selection and the influencing factors are simulated,so as to provide favorable enlightenment and policy suggestion for the development of green building in our country.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Analyzed the influence of the development of green building: the government departments,the real estate development enterprises and the consumption of the green building development in China,and the development of the green building in China.,To find out the impact of green building development factors,such as the government’s policy costs,real estate development enterprises to develop green buildings need to invest in incremental costs,etc.,reveals the government departments,real estate development enterprises and consumer behavior on green building.(2)The evolutionary game theory of government,enterprise and consumer is constructed by using evolutionary game theory.Firstly,the relevant game model is analyzed by parametric analysis,and then the simulation is simulated by MATLAB.Evolutionary Game Process and Subject Behavior The impact of the development of green building,similar to "enterprises in a certain range to increase costs while increasing revenue,the government within a certain range of increased policy investment to improve the proportion of enterprises to green building development are conducive to the systematic evolution of".(3)According to the analysis of the main game,combined with the development of green building status,from the macro,medium and micro levels were put forward to promote the development of green building measures.This study has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper introduces the relevant research ideas and methods of evolutionary game theory into the related research of green building,and theoretically enrich and supplement the relevant theoretical system of green building and evolutionary game.Based on the analysis of relevant models,a series of key conclusions are drawn,which provide guidance for relevant policy formulation,enterprise strategy and customer choice. |
