Study On Coal Mine Safety Production And Management By Evolutionary Game

With the increasing demand for energy on the national economy, on the one hand, coal industry as the leading energy industry in China, paid more attention by the whole society; on the other hand, huge economic losses and casualties' problem caused by frequent accidents has become the attention focus. With coal enterprises developed fastly, it is the industry's need and urgent subject that protect the interests of mining companies and miners lives and property simultaneously.Coal miners are the main body of the normal operation of coal enterprises, life and property safety of miners is the primary factor considered by coal enterprise. However, in today's society, because of part coal mining enterprises to seek immediate economic benefits, while reducing production costs, it induce to low mine safety standards, set the expense of the miners' safety. And at the same time, in order to earn benefits or to save time, some miners do not in accordance with the safe operation, not only damaged their own lives and property, it also undermines others' interests.This paper introduces the basic concepts and classification of game theory. Secondly, build the game model of mining companies and miners from three aspects and analyze on the traditional games and evolutionary game theory, which including: game analysis of coal mining enterprise security standards and miners continue to work; game analysis of coal mining enterprise security monitoring and safe operation; and game analysis of the coal miners enterprise security standards and the safe operation. Then, based on the above analysis, study miners' risk sexual behavior, sum up the reasons and management strategies of miners' risk activity. Finally, confirm the above analysis and conclusion by introducing the case.The innovation of this paper, which is analyze the coal companies and miners'on multi-angle at the first time, and utilize the evolutionary game theory. And then understand comprehensively of China's coal mine safety production management system and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
