Health care products industry is a sunrise industry, it has a broad space for developmentand growing competitiveness, need timely and innovative marketing mode. DS BiologicalMedicine Co Ltd engaged in health products industry, and achieved good results in thebeginning. But with the fierce market competition, the marketing mode does not adapt to thedevelopment of the market, faces many problems need be solved. In this paper, throughthe analysis of the company, innovate the marketing mode, and provides a solution forthe bottleneck problem, provide a reference basis for DS bio Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd, also onthe innovation of marketing mode of the industry to provide a reference.This qualitative study, comparative analysis, linking theory with practice, qualitativeanalysis method is studied, the health care products market environment, developmentprocess, using the method of comparative study on the characteristics of marketing mode, andthen the theories contact actual analysis of DS Biological Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. marketingcharacteristics, existing problems, in the marketing on the basis of the innovation that is,"DShealth health club+store" model. The innovation point of this article is tocreate the new marketing model, through the establishment of a health club, set upstores "1+n" mode of marketing mode.This paper is divided into five chapters to carry out research, analysis ofthe characteristics of health care products market, consumer groups, the profit modeland marketing mode of operation are described, according to the DS characteristics and existingproblems of biological medicine, carried on the innovation design, and proposedthe implementation of new marketing mode.
