As one of the most important grain production bases in China, Heilongjiang reclamationwas shouldering the responsibility to protect security and reserves of country food. In2012, thetotal planted area of Heilongjiang reclamation was2,870,592hectares, and the fertilizerconsumptions reached1,175,372tons, showing growth year after year. With the increase of thedemand for fertilizer, the pressure of fertilizer logistics services for reclamation was graduallyincreasing. To find a suitable logistics service mode for the agricultural production ofreclamation has becomed an urgent problem in order to improve the level of fertilizer logisticsservices, to reduce costs of logistics services, to meet the needs of farmers, and to achieveincreasing production and incomes. At first, the situation of fertilizer logistics service inHeilongjiang reclamation was investigated and analysed, and three existing fertilizer logisticsservice modes in reclamation were figured out, including the mode of suppliers directlydelivery+reclamation’s own logistics service, the mode of suppliers directly delivery+dealerdistribution and third-party logistics service mode; Then, after analyzing the three logisticmodes, the evaluation system of reclamation fertilizer logistics service was builded according tothe standard to meet the fertilizer logistics needs of farmers in Heilongjiang reclamation;Finally, the three existing fertilizer logistics service modes in reclamation were scientificallyevaluated using integrated scoring and further optimized. The results showed that the mode ofsuppliers directly delivery+reclamation’s own logistics service had a higher score. Althoughthis mode had a higher score, the other two fertilizer logistics service modes had their ownrationality because farmers’ requirements for fertilizer logistics service levels were various.Accordingly on the basis of the score results of three fertilizer logistics service modes inreclamation, the countermeasures to further optimize three fertilizer logistics service modeswere proposed to rationally distribute the existing logistics services resources in reclamation, toimprove the quality of fertilizer logistics services of reclamation, to reduce costs of fertilizerlogistics services, and to better meet the needs of farmers.
