China’s organic food markets all over the country, but the Heilongjiang province organic food logistics is backward, grain logistics system is not perfect, high operating costs, transportation demand is high, especially organic food more increased the difficulties and cost of the logistics operation, to ensure organic food logistics efficient operation, is need to build China’s low cost organic food logistics coordination system, reduce the cost of circulation of organic food. So construction of Heilongjiang province organic food logistics coordination system is very necessary.In this paper, through the analysis of domestic and foreign literature, first of all, through literature research, the study of organic food logistics system is feasible in theory, therefore, adopt the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the farms of Heilongjiang province planting organic food. Understanding the Heilongjiang province organic food production and circulation logistics present situation, and analysis the main problems of the logistics system, explore the agricultural areas of organic food logistics system the necessity and feasibility of coordinated; Secondly, basing on the investigation and research, according to the operation of the requirements of the analysis of the organic food logistics system and business process of the Heilongjiang province, coordination and factor analysis based on the analysis of the collaborative process, constructing the organic food logistics system model; Again, choosing China Zhaoyuan farm as an example, on organic food logistics synergy model system for applied research; Finally, through the organic food logistics system model promotion prospects, scope and the promotion measures method study on applied in Heilongjiang province.
