A Study On Valued-added Services Of Third Logistics In Heilongjiang Province

China has joined WTO and has been integrated into the economic globalization. The era that logistics enterprises existed through assets, facilities and relationships had pasted. If enterprises want to develop, it had to establish a new project. In such circumstances, the third party logistics had to carry out value-added services to face more complex market environment and more intense competition.Based on the basic theory of this third party logistics, third party logistics development status of value-added services and the study on the literature review home and abroad, this paper takes Heilongjiang Province as an example. Firstly, the study use mathematical model to analyze the development of third party logistics value-added services of Heilongjiang Province. The study establish foundational model to analyze the source of profits and use regression analysis and theory of elasticity to analyze the rate of change of value-added services. Then the study continues to use production function theory of economies of scale to analyze the development of the economies of scale. Secondly, the other study is the development of third-party logistics value-added services competitive strategy analysis of Heilongjiang Province. It uses SWOT competition theory and Game Theory to analyze the development of value-added services of third party logistics enterprises in Heilongjiang Province. The study of this paper is great significance for the development of value-added services of the third-party logistics enterprises in Heilongjiang Province and guide the third-party logistics value added services development.
