In this paper, through the comparative analysis of the basic conditions of the communication environment, competition situation and the domestic major telecommunication operators, draws out the needs of the communication business hall facing the changes in the market to keep pace with the times and the development needs of reform and innovation. We’ll establish the company’s overall strategy under the standard guidance to adapt to the operating system of the hall business development needs, give full play to the business hall to promote business development functions and make sure the realization of business hall brand publicity effect better.This research is based on A City branch office business situation of China Unicom, in the face of the business operations is continuously becoming more intelligent and more complicated, combined with the new city construction, it is proposed to build business hall providing effective service for the new and old customers and carry out the idea of the integration of the implementation of service marketing. And we’ll perform exploration and research through business office location, space and environment design, operation management, service quality management, human resources management and other aspects of the specific researches. In this design, we must consider the spatial layout and internal environment construction design; in the operation, we’ll make the establishment of a sound system and process the base, pay attention to the details, control the operation of each process smoothly, to make the whole working process high quality and efficiency.We’ll attach importance to sales, and bring in the experience marketing and service marketing besides the original sales method, the customer experience the new business, the business staff make an effort to find the real needs of customers in consulting services, to create value for customers,and to achieve a win-win situation; first we’ll provide the standard service, then we’ll enhance our service quality according to the customer’s complaint,complaint management and sales of each process of quality control and other aspects; meanwhile we’ll organize the company to establish overall strength service system and give a solid support for service; finally we’ll do our research on human resources recruiting of the business office,the strategy of training, performance and incentive and so on.
