Study On The Evaluation And Promotion Of The Community Public Service Level Of The Peasants' Concentrated Placement In The Process Of Urbanization

The urban community construction is "springboard" and "the swimmer" of urbanization. It is a process of people’s way of life changing from rural to urban lifestyle. At the same time, people have more and more realized that service is the essence of management. So the community satisfaction is slowly becoming the evaluation standard of public services. Studying the urban community public service helps to heighten the happiness index,and achieve the equality and fairness.This paper carries out a series of studies about the evaluation index system for the public service of community and the impact of recognition and identification of key drivers of community satisfaction.First of all,this paper establishes an evaluation index system for the public service of community on the basis of the customer satisfaction evaluation model and Masiluo demand levels theory.This index system includes4first class index,16second class index.Then, this paper investigates the community satisfaction through to use questionnaire in the Xindu District of Chengdu, and use the SPSS software to statistically analyze the data from the questionnaire survey. and then appraises the correlative example by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and analyzes key driving factors.On the basis of this, put forward some feasible ways and countermeasures of improving the level of urban community services from three angles, such as government, community and residents.
