With the comprehensive and high-speed development of Chinese society,the people have higher requirements for better life,and great changes have taken place in the way of people’s tourism and the demand for tourism.Under the background of the new era,the concept of full-domain tourism emerges at the historic moment.Global tourism emphasizes on meeting the needs of tourists in the whole process,time and space,and in all directions in the tourist destination,so that tourists can get leisure,relaxing and pleasant travel experience,which is very consistent with the current demand for tourism,so it has been vigorously promoted by the country.To develop regional tourism,we must first make great efforts on the basis of tourism public services,and require local governments to provide full coverage,convenient and high-quality tourism public services to meet the differentiated tourism needs of tourists.Global tourism demonstration area of this study was to choose the country to create the city and the national tourism standardization demonstrative unit,zhangye in gansu province as empirical research object,combining the theory of service oriented government,tourism system theory and the theory of customer satisfaction,build a global tourism public service evaluation system,the zhangye tourism public service system of customer satisfaction,The corresponding improvement measures are put forward according to the analysis results.The following research conclusions are obtained:(1)A tourism public service evaluation index system with the characteristics of global tourism is constructed,which provides a new technical evaluation method for the development of global tourism.Based on the nature of the global tourism and related literature review,build the infrastructure services of tourism,tourist traffic convenient service,wisdom,tourism services,for the convenience of huimin service of tourism,tourist safety service five dimensions 25 indexes of global tourism public service evaluation index system,evaluation to provide technical support for the development of global tourism.(2)The overall satisfaction of regional tourism public services in Zhangye City is relatively high.Among the 25 evaluation indicators,12 are between very satisfied and satisfied,10 are between satisfied and average,and 3 are between very satisfied and satisfied,but their scores are lower than the total score of satisfaction of the evaluation index system.This indicates that the construction of tourism public service system in Zhangye City is still good as a whole,but there are some deficiencies and improvement space in some aspects of service.(3)There is still a certain space for the construction and improvement of tourism public services in Zhangye City.Combined with the questionnaire and interview analysis,this paper found out the problems and causes of low satisfaction of tourism public services in Zhangye City,and further put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions of five dimensions in the evaluation system.(4)To strengthen the supply quality of regional tourism public services,Zhangye government should pay attention to the penetration of wisdom in all aspects,the unification of tourism service standards,the training of tourism professionals,and put forward the optimization plan of regional tourism public services in Zhangye City according to the actual needs of tourists in different conditions. |
