Based On The Multi Level Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Of Pixian Industrial Park Public Service Enterprises Satisfaction Analysis

Under the big background of the transformation of government functions, the theory circle and academia in our country undertook a series of exploration survey and empirical study about government service level oriented to public satisfaction, and achieve major breakthrough in the field of government reform. As the agency that local government services business, the service level of Industrial Park Administrative Committee is directly related to the development of local economy. To strengthen industrial park public service study oriented to enterprise satisfaction, can contribute to the close relationship between government and enterprises, to improve the service quality, and to build a socialist harmonious society. It has great theoretical and practical significance to realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The research topic of this paper-based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars and related research institutions on the industrial park and public service satisfaction, taking Pixian Industrial Park as an example, investigates and analyzes the park commission public service satisfaction through the establishment of a set of enterprise satisfaction evaluation index system. It found the park service deficiencies and defects, and improve the service quality and level, and realize the harmonious development.This paper is divided into six parts:the introduction, the public service theory and customer satisfaction theory foundation, research object and research method, the establishment and Application of multilevel evaluation index system, conclusion. Literature review and theoretical analysis, which is the foundation of paper research, introduce the previous institutions’and scholars’research on the industrial park development and public service satisfaction evaluation, and the core theory in the study. Then, with the help of stratified sampling survey method, literature analysis method, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,Pixian Industrial Park were investigated. At the same time, the data is analyzed to discovery the unreasonable Park tax policy, the backward e-government construction, the lack of park recreation facilities,and so on. Aiming at the crux of the problem,then,it put forward suit one’s measures to local conditions, make tax policy, push forward the construction of e-government construction, establish the sunshine government, strengthen the park entertainment facilities, rich Park amateur life, streamlining the examination and approval procedures, improve administrative efficiency, change idea from "control" to " service ",enhance service brand awareness, build harmonious campus, etc.In this paper, the possible innovation spot is that:1) A complete set of public service evaluation system is established to analysis the services of the Industrial Park Administrative Committee;2) the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to industrial park service satisfaction evaluation, and quantify the satisfaction degree index to analyze the service quality of the park management committee.
