With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the constantly expand of the scale of urban construction, a growing emphasis has been put on improving the comprehensive quality of urban living environment and community environment. Therefore, expanding green area and building garden city has become an inevitable trend of social development.In recent years,a series of new policies on landscape construction have been issued by the central government. As a result of this, landscape industry will welcome a new round of rapid development focusing on ecological construction and environmental protection. On the other hand, the ajustment regulations which are put on real estate industry are becomingmore and more severe. As an important supporting industry of real estate industry, commercial real estate landscape companies will surely be impacted to a certain extent. The developer will choose more qualified landscape companies, such as large national wide company with stable good quality. Thus, there are big opportunities as well as great challenges. How to deal with both of them and develop an appropriate development strategies is the majoy current concern of every landscape company.This article investgate the solutions from the view of supply chain optimization and try to apply the principles of supply chain management into the landscape companies. By analyzing the basic characteristics and existing problems of the landscape industry,this articleputs forward an optimization scheme for landscape companies from a long-term consideration and try to improve the agility, adaption and alignment of the whole supply chain based on the Triple-A supply chain management theory, so as to reduce the operations costs, make themselves flaxibly adapt to the complex economic and social environment, enhance the technology level in related industry, improve the quality of management, and survive in fierce market competiton.This article takes a project of Palm Landscape Corporation as an example. According to the characteristics of this landscape company, an optimization scheme of the supply chain is designed and applied to the project. Some good results are achieved during the practice, such as improved the management level, reduced operating costs and improved the company’s overall efficiency, establishedbetter company brand image. It will provide a good basis for the future development of landscape companies. |
