Research On Financial Strategic Risks In Enterprise Financial Strategy Formulation

The financial strategy of enterprises plays a vital role in the process of the long-term development of enterprises, and the risk factors influence the whole process of the financial strategy management profoundly,so,all enterprises should recognize that avoiding risk is much more important than gaining profits. Especially the financial strategic risk,because of its inevitability, the enterprises need to managemengt it scientificly and reasonably to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. With the speeding up of the economic globalization and the integration of resources,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce,and,with increasingly renewal and the rapid development of science and technology, enterprises are facing more complex and changeable external environment and internal factors which are uncertain. These internal and external uncertainties may bring the risk to enterprises to hinder the realization of the goal of enterprises’ financial strategy.But enterprises will be affected by all these uncertainties in the financial strategy formulation stage, once these uncertainties change into risks,the development of enterprises’financial strategy will appear deviation,and enterprises will be seriously damaged in the implementation process of financial strategy and face enormous risks.Therefore, in order to achieve the long-term and healthy development,enterprises must properly solve the problems of the financial strategic risk management in the process of the strategy making, and make reasonable and effective assessment on it so as to prevent and avoid the financial strategic risk.This paper is based on the theory of the risk, financial strategy and strategic risk to analyze and summarize the basic theory of financial strategy risk, and use the method of the AHP analysis and empirical analysis to make a quantitative study which is based on quality on the formation principle and assessment of the enterprises’ financial strategy risk in the process of the strategy making.At last,with the data which get from the study and the study to summary that the risk management of enterprises’financial strategy at the formulation stage is very important. First,the paper is based on the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad to summary and analysis the basic concepts and theories of risk, financial strategy,strategy risk and financial strategy risk, and sum up five factors of the financial strategy risk-strategic environment, strategic resource, competitive ability, strategic positioning and business leaders. The paper build a diamond model of the financial strategic risk influence factors upon the foundation of the five factors. Second,based on analyzing the relationship between the five factors of strategic financial risk and financial strategic risk,and accord to the operation principle of the trigger which belong to physics,the paper analysis the forming principle of financial strategy risk in the process of the financial strategy making, and build a financial strategy risk model. Third,the paper uses the method of AHP analysis to build a evaluation index system with the risk factors of financial strategy risk, evaluates each index quantitatively,and collects the empirical data of12enterprises through the industry survey.At last,the paper is based on above content to make empirical analysis whether these12enterprises have the financial strategy risk and draw conclusion.
