With the popularization of Internet technology and the continuous improvement of the credit system and payment of diversification,people's consumption habits and consumption patterns are changing so much,more and more consumers through online mall to meet the demand of daily,e-commerce enterprise has got a rapid growth.With the rapid development of the e-commerce industry,the competition of e-commerce enterprises is becoming fiercer.Its external competitive pressure comes from competitors in the industry and potential entrants from the industry.On the basis of e-commerce with certain resources and capabilities,in order to further develop,they have embarked on a strategic transformation of the road,toward the direction of integrated service provider.The financial risk is objective,and the effective control of the financial risk in the process of transformation is the guarantee of the successful strategy transformation.JingDong as leading enterprises of proprietary type electric business in our country,since its establishment can adjust development strategy according to the needs of the development of itself and the external environment changes in a timely manner,through the strategic transformation to realize rapid growth.JingDong from the original main 3 c products to category complete comprehensive shopping electricity and now toward the comprehensive service provider,the transformation is a gradual process,therefore,the article takes JingDong as a case,and analyzes its strategic transformationand motivations.path and financial risk in the process of strategic transformation,then provide some targeted suggestionsfor for other electric business enterprise to control financial risks in the process of strategic transformation and ensure the transition smoothly.At first,this paper uses the method of theoretical analysis and case analysis to analyses the motivations and path of JingDong strategic transformation.Then quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis are used to analyze the financial risk faced by JingDong in the process of strategic transformation,and through the analysis found that its financial risk increase with the gradually deepening in JingDong strategic transformation.Combined the financial data with the characteristics of strategic transformation we can found that the first reason for JingDong financial risk in the process of strategic transformation is the electricity business enterprise need a lot of financial support in the process of transition to an integrated service providers,but at this stage,the new business has not been expected to bring benefits to the enterprise,in this way the corporate profits will be affected,then financial risk also increases accordingly.Second enterprise in the process of strategic transformation will face a series of problems,such as irrational financing way,investment lack of scientific decision-making,uniforms are not perfect and so on,these will have a adverse impact on the financial position of the enterprise,further strengthen the financial risk of the enterprise.Finally,in the process of strategic transformation of JingDong financial risk analysis of the causes for the electricity enterprise control process of financial risks in the process of provideing some targeted suggestions,in order to provide some reference for them to control the financial risk in the process of transformation.
