Research On Enterprise Strategic Risk Management

With the improvement of technology and accelerated process of global economic integration, the external business environment has become more complicated, enterprises have entered a stage of super-competitive .Strategic Risk has become an unavoidable aspect for enterprise. Who solves problems of risk management strategies better will be able to achieve new competitive advantages.At present, theoretical researches on strategic risk are approached with methods using in financial risk researches. Single factor concerning about strategic risk is often studied, but there is none of papers take strategic risk as a whole into consideration. There are also few results of researches can be applied to real business. Especially China's market is immature and special, theories and methods which can be used to guide practice are fewer.This study is mainly developed from three aspects: First, formation of mechanism of enterprise strategic risk. Concepts of correlation are compared and the strategic risk is defined. Analyze the factors in detail, whose dynamic imbalance and disharmony result in strategic risk. The model have been built on strategic risk forming; Second, researches on theories and methods of strategic risk management.Risk identification is the basis of risk management. Risk factors are identified through environmental scanning, which also ranked according to the method of AHP. Enterprise strategic risk is measured by the means of Fuzzy mathematics and related theories. Then, the risk of early warning system and model are constructed. After that, ways to control strategic risk are introduced. Strategic flexibility and strategic turn-around theory on avoiding risk are also discussed too; Third, specific cases are analyzed to demonstrate how a company implements strategic risk identify, control and defending and put forward to the related measures. Based on the study, this paper establish framework on strategic risk research, further enrich and improve the theory of strategic risk management and point out ideas on identification ,early - warning, control of strategic risk.
