Research On The Relationship Between Organizational Memory And Knowledge Innovation Performance In High - Tech Enterprises

The global economy is turning to the innovation-driven development mode.In the process of improving independent innovation,it is of vital significance for promoting high-tech enterprises’knowledge innovation performance to strengthen knowledge management capacity by using its organization memory.So it is important to study the relationship between organization memory and knowledge innovation,high-tech enterprises also should pay much attention to environmental risk to carry out technological innovation. So we systematically study the relationship between organizational memory and knowledge innovation performance,and the moderating effect of environmental risk perception.According to the study,organizational memory and knowledge innovation performance of high-tech enterprises are divided into different dimensions,then we systematically study the relationship between organizational memory and knowledge innovation performance and the moderating effect of environmental risk perception. Empirical study results show that behavior memory, cultural memory and system memory have positive effects on knowledge performance and product performance; rule memory have negative effects on knowledge performance, product performance and economic performance.And environmental risk perception negatively moderates behavior memory and knowledge performance, behavior memory and product performance, system memory and product performance, system memory and economic performance, environmental risk perception positively moderates rule memory and knowledge performance, rule memory and economic performance.Accordingly,this paper constructs research model includes organizational memory and knowledge innovation performance,including the moderator of environmental risk perception.The conclusions of this paper enrich the influencing factors of knowledge innovation performance for high-tech enterprises,so they can greatly help improve knowledge innovation and promote knowledge innovation performance.
