Food habits are a particular product of a specific historical period, and it is also in the natural phenomenon of every country folk. This habit which is good or bad influences the development of the catering industry and the whole society strongly. Chinese ancient civilizations with the evolution history of the 5000 years are also a long position of diet culture. Because our country is vast in territory, vast territory and abundant resources, climate, products, customs and habits, there are differences, long-term since, in the diet also formed a lot of flavor. In this paper, the present situation of our country various folk custom on the restaurant industry influence, on the current development situation of Chinese catering culture, this study is divided into three parts, as follows:The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the development of catering culture, concept of catering culture of a simple overview. The author describes China’s catering culture with the aid of a beautiful blueprint for the development of the prospect of folk culture.
