The advent of reform and opening up has brought China's economic development to the next level.In recent years,China's catering industry has developed like a butterfly that has broken through,flying wings and colorful.At the same time,with the development of the economy and the substantial increase in people's income level,people's consumption concept and the concept of diet and There have been changes in the past.Faced with this trend,many companies in the catering industry are also facing strategic choices,and there is also fierce competition.Sichuan Haidilao Catering Company was established in 1994.After more than 20 years of development,the company has developed from a small-known small store.So far,it has become a national large-scale hot pot brand store,and has won “advanced enterprises” and “famous hot pot”.In the environment of prosperity of the catering industry,it is rare for Sichuan Haidilao Catering Company to achieve such brilliant results.However,the company also has food quality to be improved and service problems.The lack of high-quality management personnel and other series of problems,in the highly competitive market environment,to enhance comprehensive strength and achieve leap-forward development,is the main problem that Sichuan Haidilao Catering Company should face at present.Guided by the relevant strategic management theory,this paper consults and draws on a large amount of relevant information during the development strategy research of Haidilao Catering Company,through careful and repeated reading of the data and continuous thinking and summarization,in order to find a development model suitable for the company's development.Firstly,the general situation and development status of Sichuan Haidilao Catering Company were introduced,and the problems existing in the development of Sichuan Haidilao Catering Company were analyzed.The external environment of Sichuan Haidilao Catering Company was analyzed by PEST analysis,including politics and economy.Four aspects of social culture and technology;using Porter's five-force model to systematically describe the industrial environment of Sichuan Haidilao Catering Company then internalizing the company in four aspects: corporate culture,financial resources,technical resources and brand resources.The environment was analyzed,and the SWOT analysis method was used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Sichuan Haidilao Catering Company and comprehensively analyzed the overall situation of Sichuan Haidilao Catering Company in four aspects.Summary and thinking;In summary,combined with the internal and external environmental analysis of the company and the results of SWOT analysis,lay a solid theoretical foundation for the development and implementation of the development strategy.Finally,combined with the development status and internal and external environment of Sichuan Haidilao Catering Company he strategic objectives of the company's future development,including short-term goals and long-term goals,in order to effectively realize the company's future development strategy goals,Next,through the results of SWOT analysis,we selected and proposed a strategy suitable for the company's development,including product development strategy,talent strategy,service innovation strategy,brand strategy,and further propose safeguard measures consistent with the development strategy,including strengthening corporate culture,further improving the human resources system,and improving food safety.The management level is to further enhance the core competitiveness,effectively solve the company's major problems in terms of products,services,management,etc.,maintain the company's leading position in the same industry,and achieve long-term sustainable development.At the same time,I hope that this paper can bring some enlightenment to the catering enterprises in the confusion period and reform period,and play a certain reference role in the formulation of its development strategy.
