Talent in 21 th century will not search for work any more, but for employer. How to keep and motivate talent has been a concern of many employers.Considering the complexity of the issue, traditional HRM method has no solution for it.However, as the advanced thinking in HRM strategy,inner employer brand can help the enterprises hold and motivate talent. Investigating in the core structure of inner employer brand will be not only a lecture needed to be clarified,but also a prior task in employer brand construction. The most interesting problem in employer brand investigation is how it influences on enterprises’ performance,which can also improve management level in enterprises.In order to investigate in inner employer brand structure and how it can influence on enterprises’ performance, reading material, discussing,questionnaire and statistics has been used as investigation methods.The conclusions are as follows : first,the inner employer brand consists of 6 factors : compensation and benefits, cooperation context, job content,organization reputation, the management style and career development; second,inner employer brand has positive influence on enterprise performance.There are 3 innovation points in the investigation :first point is the investigation content.Previous investigation almost focuses on the relationship between high performance HRM system,SHRM,enterprise culture and enterprise performance,but the following investigation has broken through by discussing about the relationship between inner employer brand and enterprises’ performance.Second point is the investigation design.Previous investigation has not distinguished between inner and outer employer brand.But the following investigation has designed the inner employer brand questionnaire for employee. Their response is more reliable because the employee can experience the employer brand construction by themselves.The third point is research object.The research object covers over 1400 employees and 43 employers,so the wide spread of the research object ensures that the conclusion can be widely used.
