In the era of knowledge-based economy and information, the quality requirements of the enterprise for talent is getting higher and higher. The demand of the outstanding talent continues to increase, and the shortage of talent has become even more severe. Ability to attract and retain highly qualified personnel, is the key for enterprise to win in the competition to and get the long-term development. As one of the main way for enterprises to win advantages in human resources, academia and Employer brand has been generally recognized by business community. The rapid development of computer technology and the internet provides a new perspective for the employer brand----online employer brand.The basis of the papers in the literature review, case studies, content analysis, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis and other methods, focus on the online employer brand for China’s listed companies on the growth performance. The full text is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is introduction, Chapter Ⅱ is literature review of the online employer brand and growth performance and the relationship between the two, and it provides a theoretical basis for empirical research. Chapter Ⅲ for the case studies takes two listed companies for example, through a simple comparison of their online employer brand and growth performance to explore relationship of the online employer brand and growth performance. Chapter Ⅳ, Chapter Ⅴ, is the focus of this article. In the fourth chapter we get the online employer brand evaluation model of listed companies through factor analysis of questionnaire data on the evaluation of the online employer brand. In the fifth chapter, we study and explain the relationship between the listed companies’online employer brand and growth performance, through data analysis results. The sixth chapter is to strengthen the construction of online employer brand, attract talent to enhance the competitive advantage of human resources, and promote business growth. The seventh chapter as the conclusion of the paper, summarize the main inadequacies of the main content and research papers, and made the prospect.The main contents include:(1)This paper builds the evaluation model of online employer brand. Based on the literature review, questionnaire design, research, recovery and statistical analysis, we verify of the five-level indicators and21secondary indicators. These five dimensions are the salaries and benefits, the company reputation, work environment, career development, online image. And then we get the online employer brand evaluation model of listed(2)This paper builds a regression model of the employer brand to its growth performance of listed companies online. Based on the evaluation model of online employer brand, we made an empirical test to the sample data of77companies in the listed companies by integrated use of descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. We explore relationship among the listed company online employer brand, firm size, the establishment years of the firm and their growth performance, and test and verify the hypotheses.
