In recent years, our country government innovation city construction, and actively guide the various market subjects, and continuously improve the soft environment of real estate investment, attracting a large number of social capital to participate in the transformation of the old city, the city of urbanization and the transformation of the old city has made great achievements.In the process of transformation of the old city, the government gradually worked out a set of suitable for all the truth of land transfer mode of operation, the formation of increasingly improve the land transfer policy and land operation regulation mode, so that from the allocation, the agreement transferring to the open strokes, shooting, hanging the assignment procedure more and more and more standardized. However, admittedly, the current application pattern transferring land also exist some problems. Only by solving these problems can promote our country land development forward.
