| With fierce competition among commercial banks, interest rate spreads income is the the major source of income for commercial bank, and deposits become their important task. Now raising deposit method in most of the commercial banks is issued to staffs deposit incremental index. The method leads to commercial bank employees to face great working pressure of getting deposits. If this pressure can not get relief, not only it can affect the employee’s physical and mental health, but also will affect their work enthusiasm, satisfaction and so on.This research in view of the commercial bank staffs’getting deposits pressure, this research forms the hypotheses and models by the early survey, literature review, interviews and other methods, then form the initial questionnaire based on the assumptions and models and interview results, and through the initial testing and analysis of questionnaires, formed a formal questionnaire. Through the single factor variance analysis and independent T-test sample survey of the different working pressure of getting deposits. Result under different demographic variables. Through correlation analysis, we find out that there is a relationship between perceived organizational support and pressure result of getting deposits. Through regression analysis of the respective dimension of perceived organizational support and the respective dimension of pressure result of getting deposits, we find out that there is a significant negative prediction about the respective dimension of perceived organizational support to the respective dimension of pressure result of getting deposits under the population control variable function. Furthermore, through the regression analysis of the respective dimension of perceived organizational support combining action to the respective dimension of pressure result of getting deposits, we also find that there is a significant negative prediction of support and care for the employees dimensions to the pressure result of getting deposits under the population control variable function.Finally, according to the empirical results, we presented the countermeasure to adjust of getting deposits based on perceived organizational support, including formulate standardization system to assign getting deposits, establish an effective communication mechanism, provide getting deposits channels for staffs, and care about employee benefits. |
