Now, the economic globalization, the market integration trend strengthened day by day, the enterprise facing changeable, competition. The fierce market environment and customer demand diversity, individuality, and constantly improve the level of consumption, logistics management becomes more and more attention to the enterprise. And efficient logistics cost control is the elements of a successful logistics management. How to effectively control the logistics cost, with as little as possible into provide good service is the logistics enterprise an important problem facing. In theory to solve the problem of logistics cost is high, the reasonable allocation of resources, reduce logistics cost. Of promoting the logistics enterprise development in China is important one annulus.This paper expounds the research activities and the logistics cost of logistics management background and significance, and through to the evolution of the logistics concepts, and points out that on logistics cost management at home and abroad present situation of the study, strengthen our logistics cost management research.Introduces the present situation of China’s logistics cost management, and in the logistics cost management in the K logistics enterprise problems of a brief analysis, the following problems:backward logistics facilities; standardization, low degree of information technology; logistics operation in science and technology content is low; the backward logistics management level, etc... In to the K logistics enterprise logistics cost management on the analysis of the existing problems, and advances some concrete methods and ways to achieve the purpose of reducing logistics cost.According to The causes of the high logistics cost of K logistics enterprise, this paper proposes specific strategies to reduce operating costs and implement measures:implementation of operational diversification; advanced logistics technology to improve logistics management; streamline or consolidate redundant departments; enhance the performance appraisal system; create a good corporate culture, enhance employee internal cohesion; strengthen the training of workers, and create a good working environment; strengthen safety management.
