With the overall development of Yunnan’s economy，XYD technology companyis a member of Yunnan intelligent building industry， the company’s long-termcommitment to engage in intelligent building industry， in this period ofdevelopment， the author refers to the knowledge in the use of MBA， especially thestrategic management knowledge， formulates suits the enterprise developmentstrategy， hope that through the implementation of the strategy， the enterprisesto adapt to the change of market，become Yunnan intelligent building industry leader.In this paper， through the theoretical knowledge of strategy management as thebasis， by collecting all the internal and external data and macroenvironment information，through the strategic environment analysis， analyzes theexisting XYD technology company’s opportunities and threats by using the PESTmodel and the five forces model， the enterprise internal environment analysis，analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of using XYD internal resourcesanalysis and the value chain， to resolve the internal weaknesses andthreats through， make strategy adapt to the future developmentof enterprises， and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises as thegoal， finally make the company of XYD science and technologydevelopment strategy， at the same time， to ensure the implementation of thestrategy，and developing security measures， improve the XYD performance and thestrength of enterprises， to achieve the long-term development of theenterprise objective.Through the analysis， put forward the development strategy of XYD companyof science and technology:(1) to promote company quality；(2) the introduction ofindustry of outstanding management personnel and technical personnel to upgradeteam；(3) increase the marketing efforts，improve the existing sales model，improvethe market share of the company；(4) expand foreign technical exchanges andcooperation，and the industry mature enterprises reached technical reference；(5)theestablishment of the learning organization， improve the overall quality of staff， and comprehensively improve the incentive system；(6) based on services，develop newcustomer service mode， build Yunnan after sale service aircraft carrier enterprise.
