A Study On The Tourism Development Planning Of Small Towns In Jiaozhou, Yunnan Province

Most agrotype small towns retain pastoral landscape including village landscape,folk custom, folk culture and other elements, which are of great value in terms ofaesthetic, cultural, scientific, and anthropology research. With the development ofclassification in tourism and tourist market, agrotype small towns get anotherdevelopment possibility----the development of tourist destination. In June2013, asmain body of agrotype culture landscape, Yunnan Honghe Hani terrace is classified as"World Culture Heritage", which greatly promoted the tourism development ofrelated agrotype small towns in Honghe.This paper, combined with the current situation of agrotype small towns andcharacteristics of agricultural tourism in Jiayin town of Honghe Yunnan, studiesplanning methods applied to its future development, technical route and mode ofdevelopment, to form a targeted research, to clarify multi-theoretical integrationplanning system, to guide the small towns of Ailao Mountain region develop towardspecialization and ecological direction, and to promote regional economic growth,which has certain guiding significance for the construction of small towns in thesurrounding mountain areas.This article consists four chapters: introduction, main body and conclusion. Thesection of introduction is mainly about the background, the significance, ideas,research content, methods and technical route of this paper, and through the literatureretrieval and analysis, this section summarized the results of previous studies onsustainable tourism development and tourism planning in agrotype small towns. Thesecond part first defines the related concepts and connotations of developing tourismin agrotype small towns, from the perspective of sustainable development theory, thetheory of ecology and tourism planning theory, elaborates the related tourismplanning theory of agrotype small towns, it also elaborates agricultural tourismplanning system from the perspective of object, target, planning principles, planningcontent and other aspects. The third chapter is practical, combined with typical case studies, it forms targeted research achievement to guide the development ofagricultural tourism in Jiayin area. First, to classify the agricultural tourism resourcesin Jiayin, and to evaluate the tourism resources from the perspective of qualitative andquantitative perspective; second, to analyze the strategy of agricultural tourismplanning in Jiayin, and make use of SWOT (Superiority Weakness OpportunityThreats) to describe the development trends of agricultural tourism in Jiayin; finallyto elaborate the main part of agricultural tourism planning from three aspects:town-village system, agriculture industry and tourism industry.
