The Study Of Development Of The Small Towns On The Tourism In Heilongjiang Province

With the development of the economy and society, the demand of traveling become very strong with the increasing income of urban residents. While relying on the small towns of tourism development of local cultural resources and features develop faster and faster, the prospect is also very broad. Heilongjiang Province has a large number of small towns, which play an important role in the development of tourism in Heilongjiang Province.Based on the study of the tourism development of small towns in Heilongjiang Province as the starting point, we first describe the background and significance of the topic, describe the contents of the study, and then on the status of scholars and experts in this field of research literature review, we research and point out its deficiencies. Then we explore the development areas and problems of the small tourism town in Heilongjiang Province. And on this basis, we propose tour model of small towns in Heilongjiang Province, that is to enhance economic efficiency as the goal, to improve the eco-efficiency as a criterion, to improve social condition.In this article, we use a questionnaire survey method, AHP analysis method, a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis on the tourism of small towns in Heilongjiang Province. We establish the small town tourism resources evaluation system of the "General target layer Comprehensive evaluation layer-Evaluation factor layer-Description index layer". Then we study the jingpo small town in the Heilongjiang Province. We study the jingpo small town resource evaluation. The main findings and research in articles are:(1) We construct the "Total target layer-Comprehensive evaluation layer-Evaluation factor layer-Description index layer" for the architecture of small towns in Heilongjiang Province of tourism resources evaluation system.(2) We make a SWOT analysis on the tourism development of small towns in Heilongjiang Province, and find out the advantages and disadvantages, the opportunities and challenges of small towns. Then we establish the tourism SWOT analysis model of small towns in Heilongjiang Province.(3) We have analyzed the development of the town’s power of Heilongjiang jingpo town, through dynamic mechanism, respectively, from the town including the internal forces (urban dual structure, urban-rural divide, urban employment, urbanization) and external forces including (government impetus to support the city, market pulling power, resources attraction) to refine the analysis.(4) According to evaluation system of tourism resources, we evaluate the tourism resources in Heilongjiang Province town with the using of YAAHP software and we research strategy of the town’s development.
