With the telecommunications industry entering a mature stage, triple play is a substantive key. The market is gradually saturating and competition is becoming fiercer. The telecom operators will need to focus more on the number of customers and increase them by retaining and valuing them more. Through a deep analysis to the domestic and foreign trade situation, these are the strategic directions to succeed: promote growth and efficient operation, clear service innovation leader, information transformation strategy in the internal operation management level of enterprises, and active exploration of the effective mode of business, cross-platform, cross-network and cross-functional. Strengthening a customer oriented management company is not easy. We have to start from the main city towards the entire county. In order to reform the company management system there must be clear responsibilities. To reduce the level of management to grid marketing, marketing resources and support sinking to the grid, assessment and incentive to the grid, to form a flat, efficient. Dynamic line operation mechanism will enhance the entire firm and the operation and management efficiency.This paper first analyzes the modern enterprise management system, the flat organization system and grid technology. Grid management and its applications in the telecommunications industry leads to grid-based marketing philosophy. And then it makes a systematic analysis on the developmental status of China Unicom and its market environment. It also points out that the implementation of network marketing is an important means to solve the current problem description; through Shanxi, Guangdong, Xiamen and Zhejiang. The four marketing system reforms are clearing the market system elements and models. It also analyze the support mechanism in response to the market reform, construction and maintenance, information, finance and human etc. In the end, the China Unicom marketing system reform affects the limitation and future development through evaluation and analysis.Based on the China Unicom marketing system reform, with the application of relevant and theoretical knowledge, analytical methods is needed to solve the marketing reform system. Supporting the mechanism, and pointing out the propulsion mode of grid marketing, has the certain reference value to the improvement of the telecommunications industry marketing condition.
