The theory and technology of social network analysis have been gradually accepted and used by management researchers, and continue to be modified and verified. The purpose of the study to investigate the influence of employee's social network to job satisfaction by using social network analysis, in the research we divided social network into two networks, that is social network and friendship network, and choose a flat organization together with a bureaucratic as Data collection objects to study how job satisfaction will be affected by position of social network structure in the two types of organizations. The Flat Organization we chose is Alibaba, with a recovery of 78 valid questionnaires, and the bureaucratic organization we chose is kuka technics, which includes 72 valid questionnaires.The article deal social network data with software Ucinet 6.0 which converted them to network indicators of respondents: Degree Centrality and Betweenness Centrality, and then all data were used to do the description analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, ANOVA and the other statistical analysis, and thus we came to the conclusion.The main conclusions are as follows:First, in-degree centrality and betweenness centrality of advice network and in-degree centrality of friendship network will have positive influence on job satisfaction and its influence on job satisfaction will vary along with the change of organization structure, and job satisfaction of the flat organization mainly comes from advice network, job satisfaction of the bureaucratic organization mainly comes from friendship network.Second, in-degree centrality and betweenness centrality of advice network and in-degree centrality of friendship network will have different influence on intrinsic satisfaction, extrinsic satisfaction and general satisfaction.Third, with different attributes, employees have different influence on job satisfaction. In the bureaucratic organization, job satisfaction have significant differences in age, position and marriage while in the flat organization, job satisfaction have significant differences in sex, seniority position and marriage. Fourth, the centrality of network varied through the change of personal attributes. In the bureaucratic organization, the centrality of network have significant differences in age, position and marriage while in the flat organization, the centrality of network have significant differences in age, seniority, position and marriage.Based on the conclusions of this research, we gave some advice to business managers, and in the end, in the light of the limitations of this research, we put forward on the prospects for future research.
