TMK Company is a private high-tech enterprise, mainly engaged in lithium battery and lithium power tools&appliance, research and development, design, production and sales. Since its inception, after7years of development, TMK company has successfully developed the international market with great achievements, and formed the basis of their own management. With the international and domestic market gradually began to phase out nickel-cadmium batteries which does not confirm with the Environmental requirements and Performance backward, lithium batteries, and its application will have new development opportunities. Well, as a long-term accumulation of the enterprise, how to seize opportunities in the new round of industry growth and achieve development, enterprises must to consider the problem. From another perspective, TMK Company is a traditional foreign trade enterprises, which is subject to the restrictions of the development environment. It is now faced with the plight of transition and development problems. So, how to take advantage of new growth in the industry to drive business transformation? TMK Company is now having a new research topic. It is from this point of view, the paper is discussing the formation of the development strategy of the system of TMK Company.In the course of the study, the paper is to take a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis approach. From a theoretical point of view, this is not only the use of the classic strategic management theory, also draws on the latest theory of dynamic competition. Analytical framework, with industry analysis, strategic choice and safeguards classic framework, but in a specific analysis of the process of this paper, we consider a competitor analysis (AMC framework), the strategy for the implementation of the five elements of dynamic competition theory framework. This paper first analyzes the external environment of the system of TMK company, and obtains what opportunities and threats enterprises may face, in order to understand what can be done, what cannot be done. With the further research, we use TMK’s internal resources and internal capacity analysis to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise. What is the enterprise can do and cannot do? On the basis of the analysis of the internal and external building strategic analysis SWOT framework, the paper develops strategic alternatives. Ultimately, the formation of the development strategy of the electrical system in TMK Company is formed. Finally, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy, the article also raise many suggestions from the aspects of the human resources system, the construction of corporate culture, marketing, team building, research and development and team building suggestions.This study TMK Company is an innovation transformation, and will become strategic guidance document for the next few years. But in the course of the study, inevitably there are omissions, also requires efforts continue in the future to have better results.
