Research On The Incentive Of Employees In XY Oilfield

As global competition becomes more intense, the human capital plays an increasingly important role in the development of an enterprise, gradually,it becomes the creator and risk taker of global enterprise wealth. To some extent, the connotation of human resources turns into a present management tool from a previous means of control. In process of enterprise operation and management, its direct intent is to properly guide the work motivation of employees, increase employee job satisfaction, maximize the managers and corporate staff to achieve goals and realize their needs at the same time, stimulate and maintain the enthusiasm and creativity of enterprise staff and achieve a win-win situation for business and personal development. With the rapid development of society, human needs are constantly changing, motivation also needs to keep pace with the rapid rhythms and proceed continuously innovation in due course. Therefore, that how to establish a good pattern of employee motivation, develop and apply good staff motivation mechanism of modern enterprises is an important problem which is must be solved.This article regards XY oilfield Enterprise as a research object, takes the motivate theories as the foundation, takes the management of employee motivation of XY oilfield enterprises as the main line, uses questionnaire, this article carry on the more systematic analysis appraisal on XY oilfield enterprise’s potency of motivation.First of all, starting from the theory of motivation, combined questionnaire xy petroleum enterprise incentive for the status of implementation of a more detailed analysis.Then, By using the previous questionnaire analysis conclusion, in this paper, xy oil companies were carried out three types of employees incentive mechanism design.Finally, xy oil companies are given incentives to employees balance and recommendations summarize xy oil companies incentives to improve and perfect the principles of resistance and basic procedures.
