Employees are the most valuable asset for any enterprise. Employee satisfactions directly affect the behavior and performance of their staff, and it has an important impact on the survival and development of enterprises. Employees directly create profits to the enterprise. With a high degree of satisfaction in all respects, the employees will actively work to create more value for the enterprise. When employees’satisfaction is low in some certain aspects, employees will not work positively, reduce the efficiency and quality of work, and even lead to staff leaving. Therefore, enterprise management must improve employee satisfaction, and inspire staff enthusiasm, initiative and creativity in order to maintain the best condition, and give full play to their talents, so that enterprises in the fierce market competition stand position in the medium and long-term. Enterprise must conduct employee satisfaction survey in order to improve employee satisfaction. Employee satisfaction survey is to fully understand the satisfaction of employees, and an effective way to increase employee satisfaction countermeasures. In this paper, I study the method and process of employee satisfaction survey, and propose appropriate countermeasures to improve employee satisfaction. This article is in the form of survey to study employee satisfaction. The actual situation of the enterprise must be combined in order to design reasonable questionnaire, the actual situation of each enterprise is not the same, so this paper uses a case study method, only one enterprise that is the L Company and random drawing200efficient papers as the sample. I complete the design of the L Company employee satisfaction survey questionnaire according to the theory of knowledge and actual situation. Then, we need conduct the L Company employee satisfaction survey. We recycle the valid questionnaires, count, analyze and complete the analysis by Excel2003and SPSS19.0. Based on the above analysis, we can know that event "employee focus" makes employee unhappy. So we can have targeted countermeasures to improve the employees’satisfaction in this area.
