Research On The Strategic Choice And Development Model Innovation Of Futures Companies In The New Century

[Abstract] This paper uses the PESTCL Model to analyze macro environment of China’s futures industry from four aspects of the political and legal environment, economic environment, social and cultural environment, technology environment at first, objectively describe the current situation of China’s futures industry, then based on macro environment of China’s futures industry analysis, discusses policies demand and relative path which conducive to the development of China’s futures. Secondly, this paper uses the Five Forces Model to analyze the industrial environment of the futures industry, and brings a lot of different elements together in a simple model to analyze the competitive situation of the industry; Then this paper analyzes the SWOT of New Century Futures Company to identify opportunities and threats of the company from four aspects of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, in order to carry out the selection of strategy and development mode.Based on analysis of the PESTCL Model, the Five Forces Model, the SWOT Model, this paper obtains results that the futures industry will enter the innovation and development period under the guidance of future national industrial policy, New Century Futures Company will need to give full play to its own advantages in this context, to build the core competitiveness. From the perspectives of the theory of industrial chain, service perceived quality, mixed mode as guidance, the paper seeks a breakthrough to plan strategic choice and development mode of New Century Futures Company, building the business development strategy in the whole industry chain competition perspective, form the customer perception-oriented service innovation model gradually, the shareholding reform and integration to promote the company A’s business structure optimization and innovation at the same time.
