Research On Multi - Factor Integrated Control Model And Application Of Engineering Project

As a new field of modern project management, project integration management arouses widespread concern in theory and practice. The thesis is based on literature of domestic and foreign. It is a trial to build an integrated multi-factor control model of engineering project, which can aid the control process of engineering project and provide decision support for managers. On the one hand, this thesis is a research results summary of integrated multi-factor control model of engineering project, it is also an exploration of that model. On the other hand, the thesis is not only helpful for the construction process of engineering project, but also conductive to scientific decision-making of project managers. It is very important for whether the development of the theory or practical application.Firstly, the thesis researched the development status and the lack of integration management by collecting, collating and summarizing research literatures related to project integration management of domestic and foreign. And then the purpose, the meaning, the ideas, the method and the content ware determined. It verified the feasibility of implementing and defined relevant concepts to facilitate the reader’s understanding. The study of the characteristics and the connotation of integration, integration management and project integration management is a theoretical foundation for the later study. And it outlines the technical approach of project integration management.Secondly, the thesis build an integrated multi-factor control model of engineering project based on the idea from the simple to the complex. The research subjects are duration, cost, quality, safety and other factors of engineering project. And the earned value theory, project triangle method, system dynamics theory are the theory foundation. It built several models, such as the duration-cost integrated control model based on the earned value theory, the duration-cost integrated control model based on system dynamics, the duration-cost-quality integrated control model based on the triangle method and so on.Thirdly, the integrated control model based on the earned value theory has been applied with examples. The integrated control model based on triangle method has been descripted simply. The integrated control model based on system dynamics has been simulated and the feasibility and applicability has been verified.Finally, this thesis made a summary. It described the advantages and disadvantages of various models and pointed out the direction of future research.
