| Knowledge has become the most important resource which stimulates economy and promotes the development of society since21st century. It requires knowledge to guide manufacture in order to obtain competitive advantage in the tremendously changeable environment. The development of Web2.0brings new research problems for knowledge management. People begin to online study the knowledge sharing problem with social networks relation rather than offline study. More and more Web2.0applications can be permeated into cluster companies, and they are adopted to cooperative work, information communication, work flow simplification, investment attraction and revenue generation etc, among organizations. These new trends which realize the co-development among enterprises through social networks are just a new exploration on the basis of Web2.0. This paper attempts to study the influence, in the Web2.0environment, of staff in different organizations on knowledge sharing effectiveness in virtual industrial clusters.By studying literatures, on the basis of summarizing different views on the meaning and dimensions of Web2.0, social network, knowledge sharing effectiveness and absorption ability, this paper identifies the meaning of related concepts adopted by the research, further divides Web2.0network characteristics into three dimensions, i.e., network centrality, network heterogeneity and network association intensity, divides the knowledge sharing effectiveness of stuff among organizations into three aspects, i.e., innovation promotion to enterprises, knowledge sharing effectiveness and absorption ability, establishes the relation concept of the Web2.0network characteristics, knowledge sharing and absorption ability among virtual industrial clusters organizations. Based on the literatures study and theory analysis, we propose our research assumptions and validate the relationship between network characteristics of organization stuff in clusters and knowledge sharing effectiveness. The analysis shows:(1) Network centrality and network heterogeneity have positive influence on knowledge sharing effectiveness among organization stuff;(2) Network association intensity has positive influence on sharing satisfaction, however, it has no considerable positive influence on promoting innovation and efficiency of organizations;(3) Absorption ability can positively adjust the relationship between knowledge to network characteristics and innovation, efficiency of organizations promotion, but it has no considerable positive adjustment on network characteristics and sharing satisfaction. On one hand, the research of this paper enriches the studies of knowledge management problem based on Web2.0and online study the knowledge sharing problem with social networks relation rather than offline study; on the other hand, this paper explores the influence of online network relations on knowledge sharing effectiveness among organizations, and introduces the absorption ability as the adjustable variable for the sake of providing reference to promote the knowledge sharing effectiveness among organizations. |
