In the21st century, the global economy development rapidly, the upgrading of products constantly accelerate, the cost of new products and the production and quality of goods and services have higher requirement for enterprises, in this environment, in order to maintain their competitive advantage and to seek healthy and stable development, companies must constantly improve their professional level, cooperation has become an inevitable choice. Scholars pay more and more attention to the cooperation between organizations, and they consider that the future competitive with other enterprises on the basis of cooperation, many enterprises of our country learn about that they can not better development themselves under the constantly changeable external environment, unless they take the cooperation way. At the same time, cooperation has been popular between enterprises, but most cooperation are not successful, until recent ten years, company’s cooperative performance have improved.How to improve the performance of cooperation has become a hot issue. Existing research provide us some ideas to analyze this problem, via organizing the existing literature, this paper argues that the network trust together with knowledge sharing affect the enterprise cooperative performance. First, mutual honesty among enterprises is the basic condition for business cooperation, which has very important role in strengthening the frequency of communicating between the cooperative enterprises, reducing uncertainty factors on both sides, preventing one company do harmful things to the other, it shows that high degree of trust will increase cooperate profits and develop business cooperation performance, based on this, the network has entered the era of Web2.0because of appearance of microblogging and wiki, network change from single delivery to interaction, the anonymity and openness of the network make it lower integrity than the traditional trust, this paper considers that the research of the impact of network trust on cooperative performance is meaningful; secondly, integrity is one factor of influencing organizational cooperation, inter-organizational knowledge sharing can also affects it. Based on social network theory, exchange cost theory and resource dependency theory, this paper discusses the relationship among network trust, knowledge sharing and cooperation performance, study intermediary role of knowledge sharing.Research methods used in this paper is a very popular method abroad, which name is questionnaire investigation. It includes design questionnaire, collect data, analyze data, verify hypothesis. First, summarizing the relevant literature, define the concept and measurement dimensions of trust network, knowledge sharing and collaboration performance, then analyzing the relationship between the three variables on the theoretical level, designing the questionnaire, issuing and recycling questionnaires, analyzing data. This paper distribute250questionnaires in total, the number of valid questionnaires is218, using SPSS to statistical describe the data, and then verifying knowledge sharing’ intermediary role. The empirical results show that knowledge sharing play a completely mediating role. That is to say, network trust can impact cooperation performance between enterprises directly, on the other hand, it can also affect cooperative performance through affect knowledge sharing. Finally, this paper provides some advices from the perspective of improving enterprise’ network trust and establishing knowledge sharing mechanisms.
